Hi, we have a TC397X based controller board. There is a LBPORST error occasionally detected by the Functional Safety software during the power-up cycle.
Can anyone here give me some advice on how to figuring out this issue?
Thanks!

Hi,
By "LBPORST error," I assume that you are referring to the LBPORST bit being set in the RSTSTAT register. Is this correct?
i) Can you share the complete RSTSTAT register when the LBPORST bit is set?
ii) You can check if the PORST pin was asserted during an ongoing startup, thus terminating an ongoing LBIST leading to the set LBPORST bit.
Best Regards.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply! Yes, I am referring to the LBPORST bit being set in the RSTSTAT register.
i) We are trying to reproduce the issue and dump the RSTSTAT register.
ii)OK, we will try to monitor the PORST pin when we're reproducing the issue.
Thanks again and best regards.
