How to decide the threshold value for a voltage monitored by Secondary Monitor of PMS?

For example, VDDP3 is 3.3V normally, the default threshold after reset is 0xFE(3.795V) for OV, 0xA7(2.49V) for UV, the idle value is 0xDD(3.3V). The register description in usermanual is shown below:

But in another part of this chapter, the description is different: it said the reset value of EVR33OVVAL and EVR33UVVAL is 3.63V and 2.97V respectively.

So is there some misunderstand about the calculation? and how to decide the threshold value in actual board?

Hello,

Your calculations are correct. The value mentioned in the image are not intended as “default values after a reset”, please consider them just as examples of the DS condition, i.e. 2.97V is the Min. tested value by setting CBh as the threshold value.

Thanks.
