How to check for ECC Error for BMHD Frield Contents in AURIX 2G

Hello Support,

In the BROM_TC.016 Errata for Aurix 2G, there is a mention to check for ECC Errors within the BMHD field contents.
Can you please provide me the Register and Bit Fields or by any other process by which I can verify that there is no ECC Errors in any of the Unused BMHD Fields within Aurix 2G?

For data flash, ECC errors are reported at the page level (8 bytes). For extra robustness, you could use a hard margin read to verify a UCB is programmed correctly. See HF_MARGIN and DMU_HF_MARGIN.HMARGIN.
