GTM trigger ADC using davinic/tersos

Configuring the ADC via GTM in TC33x. after selecting HW trigger the value in the GxQCTRLi updating only first 16bit not all 32bits . could you please share any reference config for any ADC HW unit for GTM triggers ADC? In tersos or davinci
