GTM ATOM PWM Generation Sync between different channels

Hi,

We are using TC377 to generate PWMs in Master Slave Fashion.

TRIGOUT bit is used to link the PWMs. However, we had a query if PWMs fall on different ATOM, is it possible to link them?

For example 1 channel in ATOM 1 is Master and channels in ATOM 3 &4 are slaves?
