Frequency read issue

i am sampling frequency channel in 10 ms task. i am only able to read frequency above 100 Hz. if signal frequency in frequency channel is less than 100 hz, i am able to observe drop in signal measurement.

is there any way to increase lower frequency capture range other than sampling at higher time slice?

i am using Icu_17_TimerIp_GetDutyCycleValues()  API to read frequency channel.

Channel Configured for signal measurement and GTM Cluster Freq=50 Mhz.
