Dear Aurix Eperts,

As stated in 32.12.5 On-Chip Supervision Signals on page 1233 of AURIXTC3XX_um_part2_v2.0.pdf, selecting CH28 as alias for channel 0/1 of any group, the voltage fed through pin AN11 can be read.

I'm trying to use these feature for diagnostic purpose but I always read 0 volt, while selecting CH29-31 I read the correct values stated in Table 264.

Has anyone of you used this feature? Is there a configuration example available to do it?

Thank you very much.

Got an answer from Infineon directly. This functionality can only be used during Infineon production test. An errata sheet to the manual will be published soon.

Hi,

Is there an input voltage fed to the analog pin AN11?
