Hello,

For Dflash, the ECC encoding can be disabled by configuring the HF_ECCW.DECENDIS as 11b . In this case WCODE is taken as the ECC code. You could refer to "DF0 ECC Write Register" description in the AURIXTC3XX_um_part1_v2.0 UM.
If the trap reporting needs to be disabled, you could configure HF_ECCC.TRAPDIS as 11b for Dflash.

In addition, HF_ECCC.ECCCORDIS need to be configured as 11b for DFlash.

Please note that ECC function disable is only for testing. ECC should be functional in the application for safety reasons.

Kind Regards,
Aiswarya.
