Download a Hex file in Ram

Hello, 

working with linker scripting and linker option i managed to obtain a hex file completely resident in RAM (for example from 0xC0000000), it's actually working (i load it with the debugger).

Is there a way with Aurix flasher or Infineon memTool to dowload it on target via USB connection? as far as i saw it seems to work only with real flash area (not RAM).
