Hi there,
I am new with Aurix TC38x and I just started working on the Double Pulse Test for TC38x.
My question is “How can I implement Double Pulse Test on Aurix TC38x?”
Do I need two pulses with different duty cycles? If, yes, how can I implement that?
The period of one cycle is 50us.
The period of the pulses should be, Ta=30us, Tb=10us and Tc=10us.
