Does TC297 support Linux operation system?

I would like to know, whether the TC297 support Linux operation system or not? Why?

Hi Lucas,

The Tricore (implemented in AURIX TC2xx and TC3xx) does not have an MMU, which is mandatory for any real Linux Kernel.

Similar posix-like operating systems (not supporting central concepts like fork() and not using MMU) are Nuttix, uCLinux ... (using big parts of the Linux Kernel).

In general a port to Tricore is here possible or not known. Please check www.

There isn't enough RAM for uCLinux.
