My target is TC264DA-40F200N BC. I use miniwiggler DAP port to connect this device and it works well.
But I change to JTAG to connect this device. It can not work. In DAS, show no device.
I check the TDI signal always high after device power on.
My hardware cfg is HWCFG[0..6] = 0000111.
3.3V single supply. 1.2v external supply.

JTAG is not usable on TC264DA. Pin 88 (TDI) is used as VDDPSB and should be supplied with 3,3V on this device.
