Does Hardware Security Module support end of operation interrupt ?

We're using Aurix TC29x Microcontroller. It contains Hardware Security Module(HSM). Does HSM issue end of operation interrupt after completing operations such as Encrypting a message, generating Message Authentication Code(MAC), etc. ?

yes it supports interrupts to a TriCore.

Could you please provide HSM documentation that explains how to setup and use this interrupt.

The HSM documentation requires a mutual NDA. You need to contact your Infineon representative to gain access to this documentation.
