Hi Dear Infineon Team
These two MCU chips: SAK-TC277TP-64F200N DC and SAL-TC277TP-64F200N,
the max operation temperature is different in datasheet.
So, my questions:
1. Is it a change in materials or design that causes this difference?
2. Is there any difference in Epoxy Molding Compound or Tg and CTE value between these two MCU ?

Hi ls1,
It is about the temperature range a particular device is tested. The SAK devices are tested until 125°C and SAL devices are tested until 150°C.
We recommend customers to use the SAK device only with maximum 125°C ambient temperature. If the ambient temperature is higher than 125°C but not more than 150°C, then customers must use SAL device.

Aiswarya.
