When connecting TC364 to TRACE32 debugger, getting an error Debug Port Fail. This issue occurred after the execution of MBIST test. It worked before the MBIST execution. Would it be possible for you to assist me to get the access via debugger?
As far as I know, Debugger access is not possible while MBIST is running. Therefore, it seems that the operation mode of Trace32 should be set to NoDebug and attached after MBIST operation to check.
