Connecting and flashing with Tricore TC234LP using Tasking Integrated Debugger

hi!
Can anyone update me on the steps I need to take to connect and flash a code on TC234 LP using the Tasking Integrated Debugger.Last time I tried and the device got locked.Have downloaded the DAS server also.Any kind of help will be appreciated.

Make sure at least one boot mode header is set:

Properties / C/C++ Build / Memory / Boot Mode Headers
Boot Mode Header configuration: Generate Boot Mode Header
Hardware configuration start-up mode: Internal start from Flash
Mode selection by HWCFG pins: unchecked
