I am trying to flash a code on Triboard TC389 but I am facing following error when debugging on AURIX development studio:

Error creating session
The debug instrument IO could not be initialized.
The GDI debug instrument provided the following error message.
An internal error has occurred.

I have checked the DAS version and it is the right version. Also, ADS is detecting the board. I am able to flash the code from another PC with same current setup but need to get this working on this PC.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi rohitk,

ADS has built-in DAS tool, please try to reinstall ADS and reconnect the board. The board has onboard miniwiggle, so USB connection will able to connect to JTAG/DAP interface.

Please keep the same board and cable and all the same hardware. If still failed, please try to check your PC or reinstall the Windows.

You can also try standalone DAS following below link:
