Hello! I'm trying to develop a RAM application for the Aurix TC334. From the map file I see that all code is located in RAM, dsram0 to be exact. Also if I view the hex file, it looks good with correct addresses etc. However, when I try to debug the RAM application all RAM memory is empty in Aurix Studio.

Is writing directly to RAM not supported in Aurix Studio? Or do I need to do anything else?

I have been looking for startup code that might resets all RAM, but without any luck.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Hi,

Can you check the below example for executing functions from RAM?

Best Regards.

Yes, the example copies functions from Flash to RAM.

Is there no way to download the application to RAM with the help from the debugger? I can see on the hex file that all code is located in RAM, but its not written into the MCU when I try to debug.
