Hi Team,

am unable to reply to below community link. So, created new one

Solved: Re: Aurix TC333 RTC implementation - Infineon Developer Community

my query is you have mentioned that P33.10 can be connected to external RTC clock. Which Mux I have to select. Also normally crystal having two pins, you have mentioned only one pin what about another pin. It will help if you given any application  note or hardware connection of RTC connection to implement. It is critical to our project now.

Hi @gunasekart  ,
In the user manual, it contains the code guide.

Hi,

I assume it was closed because you did not respond anymore and you actually did not answer the questions asked.
If this is critical now, you would need to tell way more about your project. Or you may opt. for commercial service instead in order to save time.

Understand. we need to implement RTC in our board. but unfortunately, hardware manual /application is not there. How to proceed further.

Hi @gunasekart ,
It doesn't need another pin actually.

Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for input. My question which function from below table i have to select for RTC clock. As you know each pin will do different function, based on MUX selection, function can be selected.

Hi,

I think we would still need more context. If I am not wrong you did initially asked for the DC source. This question was already answered.

Hi Jeremy,

I am afraid he is still not aware about the SCR stuff. Not sure what he is actually doing.

Hello,

I can understand SCR, the manual focused on software implementations and registers. In hardware datasheet specification, no much details on RTC. Thats why i requested on RTC implementation connection details. Is it wrong?

Hi,

no it is not wrong. I just checked the link you provided earlier in the initial chat. There is RTC stated, which is a bit hmmm... .  I assume you will utilize it within one of the TC cores?

Ok,

looks like you have just one TC core available.

Oh,

we are always happy to help. Please go ahead and drop us your contact details to info@tbench-solutions.com.
Please also add project details as needed to understand where you plan to utilize the SCRs RTC. We will then try to find a slot where we can discuss your technical problems.

Hi Team,

Thanks for your response. We are planned to discuss with your technical team. We planned to implement RTC in our design. We need to know the   "Current consumption of the TC333 required to maintain the RTC when the unit is off (or in sleep)". Unfortunately the Datasheet having doesn't have the current consumption details of RTC. Please check and provide the same.

Hi @gunasekart
Yes, the datasheet doesn't provide this current consumption parameter.
