The SCU_CHIPID register - see 9.3.6.2 in the SCU chapter.

Thanks, but which manual are you referring to? Seems I can't find anything talking about SCU_CHIPID register from Aurix family product page on Infineon website...

Darren thanks for your reply, but probably i haven't been clear in my first question: i need a way to unequivocally identify my board, which is an Aurix TC2x7.
From what i can read on the user manual you've suggested, the SCU_CHIPID register contains a value that identify the processor type by its feature... but then it is not a unique ID.
For example: if i buy 100 board with the same processor and the same feature (suppose 100 Aurix TC267), they will have the same SCU_CHIPID, is that correct?

SCU_CHIPID is to identify the device family, package, features…
You find a 128 bit unique chip id in the UCB_IFX. Please see table 11-11 in the UM.
