Aurix TC277TP - How to resolve Debug Port Fail error

We are using the TC277TP ECU for our program. we flashed the CBL & SBL using Lauterbach debugger, and Application software using CANoe.

After first time flashing the CAN communications were observed. However, when we tried to reflash the ECU it started giving error of "Debug Port Failed". And after this we are not able to connect to the ECU using JTAG/DAP.

Please help to resolve this error.

Debug Port Failed comes from the content you are programming. There are many possibilities which result in this  behavior but therefore without knowing the content what is programmed it is difficult to know. Simpliest case: Wrong boot mode in BMHD selected (e.g. BSL instead of boot from internal flash)...
