Hello All

I can not find the value of Tmax that is in Table 4-38 below(TC397xx Datasheet). Does anyone has any idea on that?

In QSPI slave-mode the external spi-clk can be as high as 1/4 * f_QSPI.
As f_QSPI is normally 200 MHz, this means you can drive up to 50 MHz in theory (assuming no problems with signal integrity on the PCB).
