In the datasheet for AURIX TC364 MCU, can we disable the internal load capacitors.
Its because if we add external load cap then external & internal load caps will be in parallel.
Or do we need to consider internal load cap while selecting external load capacitor & consider the parallel combination??

Hi @abhishek-2138 ,
Thank you for your interest in Infineon's products and for the opportunity to serve you.
1) Can we disable the internal load capacitors?
-- Yes, of course.
2) Do we need to consider the internal load cap while selecting the external load capacitor & consider the parallel combination?
-- It's unnecessary to consider the internal load capacitance if you disable the feature.
Further, I'd like to suggest you refer to the AP56002_Crystal Oscillator Basics note to design an appropriate OSC circuit.
BR,
Jeremy
