Hello,

do you have any Flash/EEPROM endurance calculator for Aurix 2G TC367? If yes, could please share it?

Renesas has a excel sheet called EEPROM Emulation Endurance Calculation Sheet and NXP has an application for that.

Thanks in advance,

The MCAL FEE/FLS driver comes with a calculator (TC3xx_SW_MCAL_FEE_Cycle_Calculator.xlsx).

The calculator specifally says "This calculator is meant only for the users of Infineon's TC3xx MCAL FEE driver that operates on DF0 in single ended sensing mode.". Is it OK to use for DF1? If there is an another document for DF1, I couldn't find in HSM MCAL folder.

The HSM's FEE/FLS in the HSM MEM package uses the same algorithm as the MCAL FEE/FLS, minus the quasi-static pool. You can use the calculator for DF1 also, as long as you adjust the size (128K).
