Can someone confirm what the speed grade of the device refers to, as there is some confusion as to which frequency it relates to? Devices have a three-digit number which refers to frequency, but I can’t find which frequency this refers to in the user manuals. I thought this might apply to the maximum frequency of the fSOURCE input frequency from the main PLL, but it may relate to the maximum CPU core execution speed, derived from fSRI bus. The frequency in the device marking on the device and also in the order part number. Examples are shown below and the frequency is in MHz and appears after the letter F.

The frequency to which the refers is the maximum allowed CPU and SRI frequency.

160 means max. 160MHz fSRI and fCPU allowed on this device

200 means max. 200MHz fSRI and fCPU allowed on this device

300 means max. 300MHz fSRI and fCPU allowed on this device
