Hello Support,
In Aurix 1G TC297 device, SMU3[27] Alarm is an Uncorrectable Error of Correctable Error?
Also, what does it indicate?
How to know which register is erroneous?
Is it Transient Single Event Fault or Permanent Fault when it occurs during ECU run-time?
Some more details about this Aurix 1G SMU3[27] Alarm feature will help resolve the current issue we are observing.

Best Regards

It indicates a discrepancy between redundant copies of the same register - it is thus uncorrectable, and you can't tell which one has an error. It could reflect either a transient or a permanent fault.
