1) Aurix is not built on ARM architecture, instead,  Aurix is built and named as Tricore, which meaning MCU+DSP+RISC.

2) Currently we have TC2xx/TC3xx/TC4xx series, and for TC2xx there are up to 3 cores, and for TC3xx there are up to 6 cores. And TC4xx is up to 6 cores with 500MHz. Please refer to here.
