Are the EVADC Gating Interconnects reserved [NC] as shown for TC387

Hello Support,
Shown below the EVADC Gating Interconnects for TC38x device.
The gate channels/signals highlighted below are Not Connected [NC] anywhere else and hence reserved for TC38x device and should not be used.
Is that correct my understanding?
Please confirm.
