Hi all,
Is it possible to add inductance or ferrite beads to AURIX™ supply pins?
kind regards,
Christine

Hi Christine,
In general, using inductance or ferrite beads could improve the EME behavior of the circuit and reduce the radiation.
The use of inductance or ferrite beads can be inserted in the supply paths at the external regulator output.
No filter components shall not be added into the loop of the internal regulator (e.g. EVRx-enabled supply pins).
See the AURIX PCB Design Guidelines provided in Appnote.
Best regards,
Mr. AURIX™
