AURIX core supply generation

For AURIX MCU SAK-TC364DP-64F300W AA, below is the snap of eval board schematic.

For 1.25V core supply, Q506 (P+N channel MOSFET pair BSZ15DC02KD used) & U503 (2.5 A half bridge with integrated driver and level shifter TLF11251EP used).

1. I think either Q506 or U503 need to used not both components simultaneously. 

2. I hope U503(TLF11251EP) would be better as it has inbuilt dead time & other protection features.

Can anyone please confirm / comment on above w.r.t. below snap eval board snap?

Please refer to AP32344 AURIX™ TC3xx SMPS regulator, below table described complementary MOSFET is with TLF11251.

Thanks for suggesting the app note AP32344.

But I am not getting this AP32344 online. Instead, I got AP32469. Are AP32344 & AP32469 are same?

Can you please share AP32344 if you have?
