AURIX Tricore Debugging problem with mini wiggler v3

Hi Aurix Community

I have a problem with debugging  tricore tc375 tp mcu

The hardware setting is as follows.

debugger : mini wiggler v3

DAP 4Pin used.(DAP0, DAP1, DAP2, DAP3, PORST, VREF, GND)

and the output termianl is as follows

Target recognition is possible, but I think  can't read the memory.

Please give me some advice.

It was the Clock's Load Capacitance issue. I solved it. Thanks
