Hello, members.

I look for a information about TPM for AURIX because I read a article (a little old) https://www.electronicsweekly.com/news/business/infineon-enables-open-source-tss-esapi-layer-2018-08...

and I notice "Source code packages for the Infineon AURIX™ as well as for Arduino microcontrollers will be released in due course."

Do anyone have any information ?

The title of article is that Infineon enables open source TSS ESAPI layer

It means that Infineon TPM 2.0 product can be used with open source TSS ESAPI layer. TSS ESAPI layer operate on Linux. And, it is already open source and can control any TPM product even though not Infineon TPM.

Now, when user use control AURIX and Arduino microcontrollers on Linux, it can be used to control Infineon TPM2.0 product on AURIX and Arduino microcontrollers after download open source TSS ESAPI layer.

(This SW is not provided from Infineon because of general open source to control TPM)

Hello.
thank you for your advice.

My understanding is that Infineon supports RaspiX as evaluation board with TPM/TSS.

I expected, regarding to AURIX/triCore, for example, support triboard as evaluation board with TPM, however, maybe not.
Of course, I know that triCore has HSM but,very restricted.
So, hope that support it in the future.

Hi,
Infineon does offer a TPM daughter board for specific Aurix Evaluation Boards and a associated Application Note describing the process of setting everything up.
The daughterboard is based on our SLI 9670 - our TPM 2.0 chip specifically designed for use in automotive applications. (See https://www.infineon.com/cms/de/product/security-smart-card-solutions/optiga-embedded-security-solut... for more Details about SLI 9670)
