In THE AURIX Development Studio (ADS) project, I modified the LSL file, and loading failed: Flash programming failed appeared during debugging after compiling. But lauterbach can be successfully debugged. How to modify ADS configuration to complete debugging in ADS, thank you!

For Lauterbach, it may use DAP/JTAG interface. Generally, Infineon Triboard has on-board miniwiggler which uses USB-UART bridge to ASC0 interface for debugging.

When you use Triboard and ADS(Aurix Development Studio), the default setttings are using DAS driver for USB-UART bridge, and communicate with on-board miniwiggler.

Otherwise, the startup hardware setting also make sense. When you use Triboard, should take care of 4-pin Dip switch for HWCFG settings.
