Hello Support,
Attached is the ALM20 Alarm Mapping. But I am unable to find any SMU_AGiCF for ALM20 configuration as the max index of SMU_AGiCF is 11.
Please help me about the SMU_AGiCF register which is for ALM20 and ALM21 configuration.

Best regards

ALM20 and ALM21 are the alarms of SMU_stdby. For more information please UM V1.5 part 1 chapter 15.3.2 (especially 15.3.2.4.2 Alarm Configuration).
For WDT: Yes, this alarm can be disabled in SMU and no more watchdog reset possible.

Hello Support,
Can you please confirm if my understanding of ALM20 and ALM21 configuration register is correct or not as shown in the picture below?
I am assuming it is correct as shown below because there is no specific mention in the document related to mapping of ALM20/21.
Please confirm.

Yes, this is correct. When you substitute the i in the name by the written number you have AG20FSP_STDBY and AG21FSP_STDBY.
