Does anyone encounter this error or knows how to resolve the same?

cptc F0600 : strict mode is incompatible with allowing anachronisms

Please have a look at the Language settings of your project. I suppose you did disable the option 'Allow non ANSI/ISO C++ features' and this does not permit anachronisms. See screenshot below. Please enable the checkbox again and verify the result.
