Hello all
I have got TC397 eval board and
i can able to run the examples which are imported from aurix repo, But the problem is with when i have created a project using "new aurix project" option in the file menu and selecting TC397 Board in the processor option.
I can dump the generated binary to the board. But the file is not giving any results. i have used debugger the program is going to while(1) condition Cpu0_main.cin file.
please suggest me how to create a project so that i can run on TC397 eval board. Show Less

Hello Sir,
We are checking QAC in free tool Aurix development studio(ADS) with inbuilt tasking complier. QAC is generating an error. I have attached error we are facing in QAC. Our questions are as follow:
1) Do we required license version of Aurix development studio to perform QAC?
2) If we used free Aurix development than we are getting this error So do we need to purchase tasking complier license version to perform QAC in free Aurix Develop
Looking for your suggestion.
Thanks and regards,

Hello,
I have used the demo code for TC237 app-kit which is provided from Myicp because of working TFT lcd on TC237 app-kit.
I extracted TFT function codes from the demo files because of my project.
The code successfully has been compiled and downloaded on my app-kit with the Aurix development studio v1.2.2
But my app-kit was not work.
My TFT had displayed continuous thin vertical black lines.
So, I tried to exchange QSPI iLLD from v1.0.1.11.0 (version 2019) to v1.0.1.4.0 (version 2017) because I thought the QSPI operating codes had problems.
(The iLLD files were included SpiMaster, SpiSlave and Std folders.)
Finally, My TFT is working well.
I think the latest version of QSPI iLLD is different from old version which was used demo files.
but I don't know what has changed.
Could you tell me the cause of this problem?
And I guess Qspi_0 operating codes which has been included in demo files have to been modified in accordance with latest iLLD version.
(The TFT is working with QSPI_0 function.)
Can you give me the modified QSPI_0 operating code? Show Less

Hi,
When are you planning on updating Aurix IDE and fixing all thousands of UI bugs??
The thing keeps freezing and I have to keep restarting the software. In 8 work hours I need to restart it at least 10 times.
Debug window with live expressions and variables is completely broken, the thing might show your variables if its a good day and planets are aligned properly. Any other day it just displays empty strings for names and values.
Debugger window likes to randomly freeze to the point where you have to forcefuly close it the whole IDE.
Adding "too" many breakpoints fucks with instructions being fed to CPU, seemingly executing random instructions.
CDT indexer is aslo broken: "type uint32_t could not be resolved" for all variables.
Sometimes CORE1 gets started randomly.
Build will freeze at 31% if your code does not fit in FLASH without any other message. WTF?
And a whole lot more. The thing as it is isnt even usable for hobby projects without getting anuerism every day.
Thanks and have a great day. Show Less

Hello, everyone.
I wonder that how can i use the TFT LCD.
I'm using "the Aurix application kit TC237 TFT board" and cording with "Aurix Development Studio" which is providing from Infineon site.
I found the demo firmware package of the application board included TFT in Myicp site.
But the firmware seems like old version. because It is not be able to build in "Aurix Development Studio".
I guess that the firmware project had been made with another IDE programs such as BIFACE or Tricore entry tool chain.
I want to get the TFT example codes which are able to use in "Aurix Development Studio".
Please help me~~ Show Less

Dear member,
I want to clarify how ADS create a Makefile automatically.
I know we can use original Makefile.
However, I want to know how ADS collect build configuration and create Makefile from the information automatically.
It maybe based on CDT environment, but I can't make clear for now.
Any information and help would be highly appreciate.
thx. Show Less

Hi,
I am working with a triboard TC299 v1.1 and Aurix Developement Studio.
I try to use the __privateN argument to block a function call form an other core but I keep getting cpu trap ( class4, tin1).
Could this be due to the fact that the chip on the tc299 is a sak-tc299tf-128 f300n-bc-es ?
I tried to use the "pragma code_core_association privateN" but i still get cpu trap (class 4, tin3).
As someone already used the __private tags ?
