I faced similar error during build with IfxScu_regdef.h stating:-

ctc E207: ["...\TC32xA\IfxScu_regdef.h" 2182/44] syntax error - token "<integer>" deleted

Would appreciate your help on this.

Can you delete and import the ADS example again?

Then, you can try performing a clean and build.
