ADS V1.8, always re-build the whole project when start debugging, but ADS V1.5 doesn't

Hello Infineon:

before, ADS V1.5 is my building and debug tool,  when I start debugging , ADS V1.5 only build the changed files. 

But ADS V1.8 always re-build the whole project when start debugging. 

I checked the debug configuration, there is no option to make ADS V1.8 works as V1.5. 

Could you please tell me how to config ADS V1.8, then it only build the changed files?

I have tried ADS1.8.0 and incremental build works, please see the video.

thank you very much. I believe you're telling the fact.

What is really confusing me is:

I have two laptops, all windows 10, ADSV1.8 is installed with same options. 

On PC A,  the incremental building of ADSV1.8 works well. 

On PC B,  it doesn't work. 

And on this PC B, when I use "file->new Aurix project", the iLDD files won't be copied to new project folder.

Same operation is performed on PC A and PC B.
