Yes, the onboard KitProg3 in the CY8CPROTO-062-4343W kit can be used to program the CYBLE343072 Module using the J6 header. These headers bring out the USB-UART and USB-I2C interfaces pins of the KitProg3.. The CYBLE343072 Module uses kitprog3 as USB-UART bridge for the purpose of programming.
This is possible only after breaking away the KitProg3 section. Connecting two or more target devices will cause programming to fail.
You can also refer to the CYBLE-343072-EVAL kit which uses kitprog3 as USB-UART bridge for the purpose of programming the module
