Hi,
If /vendor/firmware/brcmfmac/ap/* are loaded, AP mode doesn't support channel 36-48.
If /vendor/firmware/brcmfmac/mfg/* are loaded, AP mode can support channel 36-48.
What differences between ap and mfg firmwares?
Thank you,
Miles

hello:
For mfg test, you can set it to “ wl country ALL” to open all the country channels for the tests.
for US, you can try to set it to US/0 to see if all the country channels can be seen.

Hi,
MFG stands for "manufacturing". MGF FW is used for manufacturing and test purpose. With it, some extra channels are available to you regardless of the country code.
Best regards

The country code is always US in my test. Do you know why channel 36-48 are not enabled? Is there any way to enable them?
In STA mode, /vendor/firmware/brcmfmac/mfg/ are loaded, is it correct? Should I switch to /vendor/firmware/brcmfmac/sta?
Thank you!
