AIROC™ Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Bluetooth Combos Forum Discussions
I have a design using the CYW43907 with the Broadcom BCM5241A PHY. The Broadcom BCM5241A Ethernet PHY has gone End Of Life. To implement a new PHY device, I need to provide a new configuration using the PHY's management interface. Where is the code in WICED to access the management interface?

Dan
Show LessHello,
We use a single chip CYW43340 with integrated Bluetooth.
A firmware version v5.10.9-2022_0511 is programmed to a chip.
Please clarify for which Bluetooth specification version firmware v5.10.9-2022_0511 is certified.
Please attach QDID and Declaration ID numbers to an answer.

Show LessHi,
Let us know about the latest radio certification status of "OPTIGA TRUST M IOT KIT".
https://www.infineon.com/cms/jp/product/evaluation-boards/optiga-trust-m-iot-kit/
Q1. Please tell me the countries where this kit has obtained radio certification. (e.g. FCC, ISED, CE, MIC, etc.)
Q2.Does this module obtained SRRC?
Q3.Do you have any plans to take a radio cert in China or other Asian countries?
Q4.If there is a country that does not have certification and I want to take it for evaluation (for example SRRC), is it okay to take it myself?
Best Regards,
Show LessHello
Is it possible to disable 5GHz operation on the 1LV/CYW43012 device?
Thanks
Mark
Hardware: STM32H743 Nucleo connects to LWB5+ via UART
Software: https://github.com/Infineon/stm32-connectivity/releases/tag/release-v1.3.0 tailored to the above host
Call sequences:
- btsnd_hcic_reset (in libbtstack)
- bt_post_reset_cback
- bt_start_fw_download
- cybt_prm_download
- wiced_bt_dev_vendor_specific_command(HCI_VSC_DOWNLOAD_MINI_DRV...)
- cybt_prm_command_complete_cback
After that the host software was stuck in the firmware downloading process. The host kept sending the first chunk of the firmware but couldn't move forward.
The response message from the radio was probably dropped somewhere in libbtstack so cybt_prm_command_complete_cback was not called again which maintains the state machine of the firmware downloading process.
- cybt_prm_send_next_patch
- wiced_bt_dev_vendor_specific_command(HCI_VSC_WRITE_RAM...)
-- the first chunk of the firmware was seen on the wire and the radio chip responsed

I couldn't figure out what happened in the libbtstack but cybt_prm_command_complete_cback was not called again.

Hi team,
我们的gps接收机产品集成了使用 CYW43455的murata的模块LBEE5HY1MW-230 ;目前我们产品在做CE认证时需要固定wifi 频段,请帮忙分享下wifi测试指令集,谢谢!
Hello,
I am trying to use th LWB5+ Laird Wifi/Bluetooth module with CYPRESS CYW4373EUBGT.
I am on Ubuntu 20.04.
When I plug the device in and issue "lsusb" to list usb devices, the command hangs.
I do not know if this device is "AIROC".
Can someone help me with what steps I need to make this device work on Ubuntu 20.04? Documentation would be great too.
Thanks,
Gary K.
Hello,
We are using CYW43438 with our imx8mn android 9.0.0 2.3.4 project. We have the driver as dhd-android-1.363.125.17.The wifi module is working fine
In our dts file we have the declaration
&usdhc1 {
#address-cells = <1>;
#size-cells = <0>;
pinctrl-names = "default", "state_100mhz", "state_200mhz";
pinctrl-0 = <&pinctrl_usdhc1>, <&pinctrl_wlan>;
pinctrl-1 = <&pinctrl_usdhc1_100mhz>, <&pinctrl_wlan>;
pinctrl-2 = <&pinctrl_usdhc1_200mhz>, <&pinctrl_wlan>;
bus-width = <4>;
pm-ignore-notify;
keep-power-in-suspend;
non-removable;
cap-power-off-card;
/delete-property/ vmmc-supply;
mmc-pwrseq = <&usdhc1_pwrseq>;
status = "okay";
brcmf: bcrmf@1 {
reg = <1>;
compatible = "brcm,bcm4329-fmac";
interrupt-parent = <&gpio2>;
interrupts = <9 IRQ_TYPE_LEVEL_HIGH>;
interrupt-names = "host-wake";
};
};
I have checked that the pin is connected in board properly. For testing purpose we are connecting the wifi to a mobile hotspot. After a while the when the device goes to sleep(CPU shutdown) we turn off the mobile hotspot but we dont see any interrupt coming from the wifi module in logs. Can you help us to figure out the problem

Hi,
We have a number of existing products that are using the CYW43430 (Murata 1DX) and are in need of retesting to suit RED (Declaration of Conformity for European Union’s Radio Equipment Directive) and EN301 EU requirements. This will shortly prevent our client from selling current product into the EU. We were using the test blobs and scripts from Murata but the check the test house cannot perform is the modulated Bluetooth LE test with the ability to vary the transmit power. Murata suggested we contact you for update blobs and whatever.
Thanks.
