Could you let me know where can I find technical documents for Nebula Rev2.0 IoT DEV Kit of future electronics?

I've tried to open the page "https://community.cypress.com/community/partners/future-connectivity-solutions" as described in quick start guide but the page was not found. So,  I think you moved it from the page to another place.

could you let me know that?

And, please let me know which SDK is proper to this board, MTB or WICED studio?

Yes the link seems to be broken currently.

The SDK for the board is Wiced Studio.
