Greetings,
I'm trying to setup a WPA protected IBSS network, and I have a custom board with the CYW43012 that is interfaced over SDIO that works great with the IBSS as long as I don't try to enable RSN protocol with WPA.
The datasheet for the 43012 says that it supports hardware encryption for 802.11i, so I figured it might support it.
I'm currently using a Raspberry Pi that's updated... modinfo brcmfmac gives:
vermagic: 5.10.17-v7+ SMP mod_unload modversions ARMv7 p2v8
However, iw list does not say the module supports RSN-IBSS.
Is this something that is supported the Cypress official drivers for the 43012 module?
Or, do I need a different module or interface method to get the RSN-IBSS support?
