Development environment for the CYW54591

We are interested to use the CYW54591 in one of our designs and we would like to know if ModusToolbox support this Chipset, also we would like to know if we can route WIFI data to the UART or SPI bus through software.

I thought we can use an IDE environment where we can develop our application and program/debug it through the JTAG connector, but it seems like there isn't an available IDE for this part.
