Dear Sir,

chip:CYW43455

Module:AW-CM390SM

I find a reference information and try to modify a NVRAM file to fixed the issue.

https://community.infineon.com/t5/AIROC-Wi-Fi-and-Wi-Fi-Bluetooth/Wl-tool-channel-13-not-working/m-p...

After adding a command “ccode=0” in the NVRAM, the symptom still appears.

Do you have any suggestions?

BTW, channel information is shown as below.

Dear  PRI,

After using the mfg fw, AP can be connected when channel is set 13.

Thank you for your help.

Hi,

Can you let me know whether you are able to see the AP in the list after you do scan ( wl scan, wl scanresults)?

Thanks

Hi Bill,

Can you set some other AP to channel 13 and see if it is visible to rule out that issue is not on AP side?

Also, See in the router settings whether the option "Hide SSID" is selected. If so, you can disable it to see AP in the scan.

You can also quickly check in your mobile if the AP is visible in the list.

Thanks

Dear PRI,

We use another device to test it on the same enviroment.

Another device can scan the AP and then connect the AP.

I find the information and he said it is work after modifying NVRAM.

https://community.infineon.com/t5/AIROC-Wi-Fi-and-Wi-Fi-Bluetooth/Wl-tool-channel-13-not-working/m-p...

I don't know if this is the correct solution.

If it is correct solution, how to modify the NVRAM?

If it is not correct solution, how to fixed the issue?
