Here are 2 questions about CYBT-243053-02 module：

1. Except pin28~31 can be use as UART interface, which pins can be the second UART？

2.Does P1 pin can be set as a PWM pin，output PWM signal？

1. Any PIN can be assigned for the second UART.

2. Yes.

All the setting you can do it in the Device Configurator GUI tool in Eclipse IDE for ModusToolBox.

Which GPIOs can be set as SPI interface？need to connect to SPI flash. thanks！

It's same with UART setting.

You can assign any GPIO as SPI port in the Device Configurator GUI tool in Eclipse IDE for ModusToolBox.
