Hi,

Are there such data as "temperature profile data" of CYBT-343026-01 available?

A customer wants more detailed data than those shown in table "Solder Reflow Peak Temperature" of the datasheet.

Hi @wasu ,

Our hardware team has replied the following on temperature profile:

The reflow profile settings need to meet your solder paste reflow requirement and Reflow of all of your components to be mounted on their PCB board. 

For our module, the reflow profile requirement is Reflow peak temperature < 260C which is mentioned in the datasheet.

However, my customer wanted something like below image so that they could tell whether or not they could handle the BT module at their assembly site.  No such data available?

Sorry for the late reply.

After checking with the hardware team , the information in the datasheet and the one provided above on the reflow parameter is the information available on temperature profile.
