Our customer request for RoHS Test Report and MSDS  from January 2021 onwards.

We 've already recieved 2019's docuemnts. But they requested new onw.

this is a product quality documentation related query.  I request you to create a case under the <Quality track> in the Mycases portal.

Each track on the Mycases portal has a short description of the kind of questions supported by them. Kindly go through the description and submit your questions in the respective track.

There is no reply from MyCase Portal.

and my customer asked there should be excuse note to their end customer.

How can I solve that issue?
