HCI_LE_Tranmisstter_Test failure (Urgent)

Hi,

Our product is going through the FCC certification. The wireless module CYW43438 fails at 2480MHz of the  HCI_LE_Tranmisstter_Test. Based on the earlier posts, there is no way to tune the output power during the test and it will be tested under the maximum output power.  

1. How to change the output power level in the .hcd file ?

2. How to reach out to the local Cypress/Infineon FAE/marketing staff  in order to get the updated .hcd firmware?

Correct you will need a modified firmware file with desired tx power.
