Cypress Usb Configuration Utility cannot connnect to the target CYBT-413055-02 Eval

i tried to connect CYBT-413055-02 Eval with the Cypress Usb Configuration Utility. But it is not working. The Cypress Usb Configuration Utility connot reconize the Board.

i have a self made board using the CYBT-413061-02 and the CY7C65215. The Cypress Usb Configuration Utility can reconize it so that i can perform the configuration. 

i want to know what ist the differences or why it is not Working normaly with the developement CYBT-413055-02 EvalBoard

Have you followed the recovery procedure? Is device responding to any HCI command?

on our circuit board was not normally provided buttons. But we soldered 2 buttons like on the development board CYBT-413055-02 EVAL. We have performed the Recover procedure. Nothing happens
